Staff Selection Commission

The Staff Selection Commission was established by Indian Government exactly 40 years ago on 04th November 1975 with a view to appointing suitable staff in various vacancies of Ministries, Subordinate Offices, and Govt Departments. It was formed as the Subordinate Services Commission but later renamed into Staff Selection Commission on 26th September 1977. It is headquartered in New Delhi, the capital state of India.

  • General: 140-150 marks
  • SC: 115-125 marks
  • ST: 105-115 marks
  • OBC: 122-132 marks
  • OH: 105-110 marks

Expected Cut-offs of Grade ‘D’ category wise:-

  • General: 105-115 marks
  • SC: 85-95 marks
  • ST: 73-83 marks
  • OBC: 87-97 marks
  • OH: 70-80 marks
  • VH: 48-58 marks
  • Ex-Serviceman: 30-40 marks
